This Privacy Policy describes how Awesomer LLC ("Awesomer", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Pitch Solitaire and any other games or websites we publish under the Awesomer brand (collectively, the "Services").

Our games do not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information to play. If you contact us at support@moreawesomer.com, we will receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our games, certain information is collected automatically by us and our service providers, including:

• Device information (model, operating system version, language, region)
• Approximate location derived from IP address (country / region only)
• Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, where applicable and where you have not opted out)
• Gameplay events and crash reports used to improve the game

2. Advertising

Pitch Solitaire is supported by advertising. We use Unity Ads (operated by Unity Technologies) to serve advertisements within the game. Unity Ads may collect and process device identifiers and other data to deliver and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted.

On iOS, you can control ad tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads.

Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
